This fund, in the spirit of Eli M. Oboler's achievement, supports an award that is presented for the best published work in the area of intellectual freedom.
A $3,000 award given to library support staff members to help finance studies toward an ALA accredited master’s degree in library and information studies.
A $3,000 award given to individuals pursuing an ALA-accredited master's degree in library and information studies. Leisner was a member of the ALA Council.
